The journey started on February 2nd in Kastrup Airport (Copenhagen) and after short stopovers in London (Heatrow), Bangkok and Sydney airports we landed in Christchurch in bright sunshine and 27 degrees centigrade after approximately 33 hours of traveling.
The pictures in this thread have been taken during our journey through New Zealand, from Christchurch on the South Island to Auckland on the North Island along the following route:
South Island
Christchurch – Moeraki – Dunedin – Te Anau – Milford Sound – Kingston – Queenstown – Makarora – Haast – Franz Josef Glacier
– Ross – Hokitika – Westport – Murchison – Nelson – Blemheim – Picton
North Island
Wellington – Dannevirke – Hastings – Napier – Taupo – Golden Springs – Roturoa – Papamoa Beach – Tauranga – Waihi
– Paeroa – Coromandel – Thames – Auckland
On February 21st we left New Zealand and continued to Australia.
