The images in this thread originates from a journey that started in Kastrup Airport (Copenhagen) on July 2, 2009 which via Singapore took us to Perth Western Australia.
After revisiting Perth the journey continued north along the Australian west coast following the route below:
Cataby – Nambung National Park – Cervantes – Dongara (Port Denison) – Geraldton – Kalbarri – Carnarvon – Onslow – Karratha – Dampier – Millstream Chichester National Park – South Hedland – Broome – Derby.
After Derby we turned east through the Kimberly region driving along Gibb River Road and Kalemburu Road until Kununurra.
From Kununurra we drove further north east into Northern Territory through Katherine and Kakadu National Park and finally up north to Darwin.
After revisiting Darwin we continued to Sydney by air on July 31 in the afternoon.
The time to our departure from Australia on August 5 was spend in and around Sydney. Among other things we visited the aquarium, experienced an opera in the Sydney Opera House (Aida) and took a climb on the Harbour Bridge.
